Hi Everyone,
September has arrived and with it our thoughts turn back to our regular routines.
Milk bag mats have continued to flow into my garage and then make their way to Canadian Food for Children.
So far this year we have sent 4585 mats to people in need.
I have quite a few boxes of bags in my garage and I would like to have a “pick up your bags day” on Saturday, September 28th. I know this is a few weeks from now, so mark your calendar. I will be here all day to help you load your vehicles with boxes of bags. If you can’t make it that day, let me know and I will make sure to put the number of boxes that you need in my driveway for you to pick up.
As usual, you can pick up bags at Canadian Food for Children at 1258 Lakeshore Rd. E in Mississauga. Remember they are only open Monday to Friday from 8 AM until noon. No afternoons or weekends.
Would you like a free frame? I have 2 people willing to donate their frames to anyone who would like one.
One frame is about 5.5 feet long and is in the Hamilton/Burlington area.
Another lady has 2 frames to donate and she lives in Ajax or they can be picked up at her school in Northeast Markham.
If you would like a frame, let me know and I will put you in contact with either of the ladies who want to donate them.
