Summer is almost over

Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all enjoying the summer, however I’m starting to hear the fall crickets chirping and the days are getting shorter.. so we all know what that means.
I wanted to send an update as to what is happening with the milk bag project. Summer does not mean the project stops, it slows down, but it continues. Last week we sent 50 mats to the depot, and I’ve just returned from a trip with another 50 mats and about 40 pillows. The mats were put in a pile on the warehouse floor, but as I was leaving they were being put into a container headed for Liberia, Africa. I was told the transport would be take about 2 months.

A while ago I sent  you an email asking for your location and what your involvement is with the milk bag mats. I spent most of July making a chart and map from your information. I’m pleased to say that I’ve compiled lists of where you live. What I would like to do now is send an email to the different groups so you can be in contact with each other should you have needs, such as more milk bags or for mat delivery to the depot.

I am asking anyone who gets this email  if you DO NOT want your email address shared with the group in your location please let me know.

Just so you know, we have people in Ajax/Pickering, Scarborough/Markham, Richmond Hill/Maple/Thornhill, Newmarket/Stouffville, Nobleton/Bolton/Palgrave/Shomberg, Woodbridge, Brampton, Caledon/Orangeville/Tottenham, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Kitchener/Cambridge, Lyndsay/Peterborough/Bowmanville, Baxter/Alliston, Ottawa, Toronto, New Brunswick.

I’ll be writing you you all again very soon. Let me know about sharing your email address to your area group.

Thanks and enjoy the rest of the summer,

Angela
